India is an hour and a half behind the UAE. There is no daily handover, no waiting overnight for an answer — a question asked at 11am Dubai time gets an answer the same afternoon, because we are both still at our desks.
Dubai pricing without a Dubai office
A Media City or DIFC address, a visa-sponsored team and expat salaries all sit inside the quote a local agency gives you. We carry none of that overhead, and it shows up as a lower number rather than a mystery discount.
VAT, handled as a mechanic, not an afterthought
The UAE's 5% VAT applies to us like any cross-border supplier: if you're VAT-registered, the reverse charge means you self-account for it and we invoice without adding it. If you're not registered, tell us early — we'll say plainly whether that changes anything.
Honest about what's locally priced and what isn't
Our website and SEO prices for the UAE come from direct market research. Our other prices are carried over from the ratios we found in the US market until we gather local numbers for them too — ask and we'll tell you which is which.

Questions from UAE clients
Do you charge VAT on your invoices?
If your business is VAT-registered in the UAE, no — the reverse charge mechanism means you self-account for the 5% and we invoice without adding it. If you're not VAT-registered, tell us before we start; the treatment can differ and we'll check rather than guess.
What about the weekend — does Friday–Saturday get in the way?
Less than you'd think. The UAE moved its official weekend to Saturday–Sunday in 2022, aligning with global markets, so there is no structural mismatch with our week to plan around.
How do we pay you?
We hold local AED account details through a licensed cross-border payment provider, so your finance team makes a normal local transfer rather than an international wire.
Do you have UAE clients already?
We're building this as a priced market rather than pointing you to a client list we don't have. What you do get: published prices, a GST registration you can verify, and a small paid first step so you can judge the work before committing further.
