Two ways to work with us

Two ways to partner with The Tech Genius

Pick the one that matches what you already have. If you have the client, we build behind your brand. If you have the capital to stock product, we build the store and bring the customers.

Route one

White-label, for agencies

You already have the client. We build under your brand, off your client calls if you prefer, and you keep the margin.

Route two

Sell with us, 50/50

You can source and stock product but don’t want to build the digital business around it. We build the store and bring the customers. Profit splits down the middle.

Programme one — for marketing agencies

Sell it. We’ll build it. Your name stays on the work.

White-label websites, ecommerce, SEO and software for agencies in the UK, US, Canada, the UAE and Australia. You own the client relationship and typically 55–65% of the margin. We stay invisible.

The six things agencies actually want to know

  • Stealing your client would be the worst trade we could make

We sign non-circumvention before we see a single client name — no approach, no quote, no work from them, during the engagement or after. But the contract is the smaller reason to believe it. Partner work is repeat, predictable revenue from someone who already trusts us. One stolen client ends that permanently, and word travels fast in a small industry. The maths has never been close.

  • Your brand, or none at all

Deliverables carry your logo. Documentation is written in your voice. There is no Tech Genius footer, no credit link, no mention anywhere unless you want one.

  • We stay off your client calls unless invited

Some agencies want us on the technical calls as 'their developer'. Others want us invisible. Both are fine — you tell us which at the start.

  • One point of contact, and it's a person

Not a ticket queue. You get a named contact who knows your accounts, works Indian hours with overlap into UK and US mornings, and answers on WhatsApp or Slack.

  • Fixed quotes, before work starts

You cannot quote your client on a moving number. We give you a fixed price and a date, and we absorb our own estimation mistakes rather than passing them to you mid-project.

  • You always know exactly where it stands

A live staging link and a written weekly update you can forward to your client without editing. Dates are confirmed, not assumed, and anything that moves reaches you long before it reaches them. When your client asks how it is going, you answer straight away — you are never the last person to find out about your own project.

Wholesale rates

Published, because you cannot plan a margin against a number you have to ask for. Resale figures are typical Western agency pricing — what you actually charge is entirely your call.

ServiceYour cost (INR)Your cost (USD)Typical resale
Business website₹55,000 – ₹1,80,000$580 – $1,900$2,500 – $6,000
Shopify / ecommerce build₹1,10,000 – ₹3,50,000$1,150 – $3,700$4,000 – $12,000
SEO retainer (per month)₹28,000 – ₹95,000$290 – $1,000$1,500 – $4,000/mo
Custom software / AI build₹2,80,000+$2,950+$12,000+
WhatsApp automation setup₹25,000 – ₹80,000$260 – $840$1,200 – $3,500

Ranges reflect scope. Dollar figures are converted from the rupee price at the August 2026 mid-market rate. Every job gets a fixed quote before it starts — you never quote your client against a moving number.

White-label questions

What margin do agencies typically make?

Work it out from the rate card above: our wholesale price against what agencies in your market typically bill puts your margin in the 55–65% range on a build. What you charge on top is your business and we never ask. Retainers usually leave more room than builds, because the wholesale rate stays flat while your client's monthly fee does not.

How do I know you won't steal my client?

You have our signature on a non-circumvention agreement before we see who they are. Beyond the contract, there is a commercial reason to trust it: partner work is repeat, predictable revenue, and stealing one client would end that permanently. The maths does not favour us cheating you.

Can you work in our project management tools?

Yes. Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Notion, Slack — we work inside your setup rather than asking you to adopt ours. If you would rather just email, that is fine too.

What are your turnaround times?

A straightforward business website is three to five weeks. Shopify builds are four to eight. SEO retainers run monthly on an agreed deliverable schedule. We give you a date at quoting, and we would rather quote longer and hit it than quote short and miss.

Do you have capacity for ongoing volume?

We are a small team, and we would rather say that plainly than overcommit and let you down. We take on partner volume we can genuinely deliver. If a month is full we will tell you before you promise your client a date.

How does payment work across borders?

We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AED or INR and receive through licensed cross-border payment providers, so you can pay to local account details in your own country. We are a GST-registered Indian firm and our invoices are export-compliant.

Programme two — the 50/50 partnership

Sell with us, 50/50

Read the full 50/50 partnership page — what capital it takes, how payouts are calculated, and who it is not for.

A partnership for people who can source and stock product but do not want to build the digital business around it. You put your money into inventory. We put ours into the technology and the demand — the store, the systems and the customers. Profit splits down the middle.

We bring
  • The storefront, built and maintained
  • Catalogue, listings and product pages that rank
  • The customers — SEO, content, social and paid, all run by us
  • WhatsApp automation and lead follow-up
  • Order management and customer support systems
  • Analytics you can actually see
You bring
  • The inventory, bought at your dealer price
  • Warehousing and stock levels
  • Handing each order to the shipping partner
  • The category call — what is worth stocking

50 / 50

Profit split, agreed in writing before anything ships

Neither half of this works alone. Stock with no demand is money sitting in a warehouse; demand with no stock is a store that cannot ship. That is why it is fifty-fifty rather than a fee — we are carrying the same risk you are. Our partners stay anonymous by default, and that is their call to make, not ours.

What happens first

  1. 01

    You pitch the category

What you can source, at what price, and roughly how much you can stock.

  2. 02

    We look at it together

Whether the demand is really there, and whether the numbers work for both sides.

  3. 03

    Terms agreed in writing

The 50/50 split, confirmed before anything ships.

  4. 04

    Stock and store, in parallel

You place the opening order with your supplier; we build the storefront and the demand systems.

Ready to start?

Agencies: give us something low-risk first, see how we handle it, and scale from there. Category partners: pitch us what you can stock and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits.
