Why the price changes when you change the country
You can switch the country in the header and watch these numbers move. We would rather explain that than have you wonder about it.
Every price is a discount against its own market
Our US price for a business website is well under what US agencies charge for the same scope, and the same is true in the UK, Canada and Australia. The number worth comparing ours against is what you would otherwise pay at home — not what we charge somewhere else.
The work is not the same size
A cross-border project carries things a local one does not: overlapping our day with yours, contracts and invoicing under your rules, longer review cycles across more stakeholders, and accessibility or compliance requirements that vary by market. That is real scope, and it is priced.
Nothing here is a converted rupee price
Each market was researched on its own and priced against its own benchmarks. Converting one price into eight currencies is how you end up quoting a figure so low it reads as a warning rather than a saving — which is exactly what we were doing before, and why we stopped.
Whatever you see is the price you pay
We do not quote a different number once we know where you are, and there is no version of this page you are not allowed to look at. Switch to any country you like and read the whole list.
Money questions
Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?
Because hiding them costs us more than it earns. You are probably comparing three or four vendors, and if we are outside your budget it wastes both of our time to discover that on call three. It also makes us easier to trust: an unknown company asking you to enquire before it will name a number is asking for a lot of faith.
What makes a project land at the top of the range?
Page count and custom functionality, mostly. A ten-page website with a contact form sits near the bottom. A store with 2,000 products, ERP sync and B2B pricing tiers sits near the top. Integrations with systems that have poor documentation are the single most common reason an estimate moves.
Do you charge in INR or USD?
Both. Indian clients are invoiced in INR with GST. International clients are invoiced in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD or AED, and can pay into local account details in their own country. We are a registered Indian exporter, so our invoices are export-compliant.
What stops you taking my deposit and disappearing?
A fair question to ask anyone you have not worked with, and more so across a border. Three concrete answers. First, the payment schedule is built so you are never far ahead of the work: 40% to start, 40% at an agreed midpoint you have to sign off, 20% on handover. Second, larger builds run in phases — you can stop after phase one, keep what is built, and owe nothing further. Third, we are a registered Indian company with a published GSTIN you can verify on the government portal before you send anything, and our founder's own businesses are named on this site. None of that is possible for someone planning to vanish.
What are your payment terms in practice?
40% on commencement, 40% at an agreed midpoint, 20% on handover, unless the statement of work says otherwise. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and cancellable with 30 days' notice. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Not for projects. For SEO there effectively is — six months, because anything shorter cannot produce a result and we would just be taking your money. We will say so rather than sell you a three-month SEO package.
