Roomline
The whole hotel, running on one system
Most hotels run six disconnected tools and a WhatsApp group holding them together. Roomline is one system: rooms, rates, channels, restaurant, banquets, the website, the marketing and the guest conversation — all reading from the same data, so nothing has to be typed twice.
How it’s delivered
Built and running live at Hotel Mahamaya, our founder's own property. Every feature earned its place in daily operations before it went into the product.
Hotel software is priced for chains, not for you
The AI-native platforms are enterprise-quoted and assume an IT team. The affordable Indian systems are solid at bookings but were not built around AI. So the independent property gets neither, and the front desk spends hours a day on WhatsApp enquiries, confirmation messages and review replies that could all be handled automatically.
The system
Ten modules. One set of data. Nothing typed twice.
The alternative is half a dozen tools that don’t speak to each other, and a person in the middle typing the same numbers into all of them. This is that job, as one system.
Property Management System
Property Management System
The core the rest of the system reads from. Rooms, rates, availability, folios, housekeeping status, night audit and guest history. Change a rate once and every channel, the website and the booking engine already know.

Property Management System
The core the rest of the system reads from. Rooms, rates, availability, folios, housekeeping status, night audit and guest history. Change a rate once and every channel, the website and the booking engine already know.
- Distribution
Channel Manager & OTA control
Two-way sync with the OTAs you sell on, so inventory and rates move in both directions in real time. The point is not convenience — it is that overbookings and rate parity mistakes stop happening, because nobody is copying numbers between dashboards.
- Distribution
Website & direct booking engine
Your own hotel website with the booking engine wired straight into the PMS. Every direct booking is a booking you did not pay commission on, and it lands in the same system as everything else rather than an inbox.
- Revenue
Restaurant & banquet bookings
Table reservations, KOT flow, banquet and event enquiries, hall availability and function-sheet handling — on the same guest record as the room booking, so a guest who eats and stays is one customer, not two.
- Revenue
Railway e-catering aggregator hub
One dashboard for every railway catering aggregator you serve. Orders, PNR-linked deliveries, menus and station-wise availability arrive in a single queue instead of a separate portal and login for each partner.
- Marketing
Google Business Profile automation
Scheduled posts, offers, photo updates, Q&A and review responses pushed to your Google Business Profile automatically. Response rate and recency feed Google Maps ranking directly, which is where most local hotel discovery actually happens.
- Marketing
Search visibility
Technical SEO, room and destination pages built to rank, schema markup, and the structure that gets a property cited inside AI answers as well as ranked in search.
- Marketing
Social publishing across nine channels
Plan once, publish everywhere: Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and Threads. Room and offer content is generated from the data already in the PMS rather than written from scratch each week.
- Guest
WhatsApp automation, powered by Relaywave
A full automation platform, not a reply bot: visual flow builder, broadcast campaigns, segmented lists, an AI assistant that completes bookings inside the chat, and clean handover to a human. Built on Meta's official Business API, with per-message costs shown openly.
- Core
Analytics across the whole system
Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, channel mix, campaign performance, restaurant covers and message costs in one place — because every module writes to the same store. The reason to run one system instead of six is that the numbers finally agree.
What it does
Bookings completed inside the chat
Guests book without being pushed out to a separate booking engine. Deflecting someone to a web form is where most chat enquiries die.
Upsells at the right moment
Late checkout, airport pickup, room upgrades — offered automatically at the points in the stay where guests actually say yes.
Review responses, handled
Drafted replies to every review, in the guest's language. Response rate and recency feed directly into Google Maps visibility.
Works with your existing PMS
Sits alongside what you already run rather than demanding you replace it. Replatforming a live hotel is not a small ask.
Our own front desk is the test
Every feature runs at Hotel Mahamaya before it goes near anyone else. If something slows down a check-in at eleven at night, we hear about it from our own staff — usually within the hour, rarely politely — and it does not ship until it stops. Most hotel software is built by people who have never worked a full weekend on a front desk.
Who it’s for
- Independent hotels and small groups
- Boutique properties without an IT team
- Homestays and serviced apartments
- Hotels losing enquiries in a busy WhatsApp inbox
How long does setup take?
Budget two weeks. That is how long our own property took, and the work is mapping your room types, rates and policies into the system and connecting your existing PMS and channels — we do that part, not you. A large estate with unusual rate rules takes longer, and we will say so before you commit.
Will it replace my PMS?
It does not have to. Roomline sits alongside whatever you already run and takes over the guest-messaging layer. If you would rather replace an ageing PMS entirely, we build those too — our own hotel runs on one we wrote.
What does it cost?
It is quoted per property, because a twelve-room homestay and a ninety-room hotel with two banquet halls are genuinely different systems rather than the same system with a bigger invoice. Pricing scales with room count and which modules you actually switch on — most properties do not start with all ten. You get a fixed monthly figure on a short call, before you commit to anything, and the individual services inside it have published starting prices on our pricing page so you can sanity-check the total.

Not a slide deck — a walkthrough of the working system, configured against your actual setup. Half an hour, and you’ll know whether it fits.
