    India is four and a half to five and a half hours ahead of the UK. We are online for most of your day, so questions get answered the same day rather than the next one. Of all our markets, Europe is where the overlap is best.

  • GDPR handled properly, not waved at

    We sign a DPA, use Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to India, and name our sub-processors. India has no adequacy decision, and we tell you that plainly rather than hoping nobody in your legal team asks.

  • Cost, without the usual catch

    Roughly half of Western European agency rates for equivalent scope. The catch is that we are small — you get the person building your site, not an account team, and we take on only what we can genuinely deliver.

  • Careful with outreach law

    Germany's UWG and the various national ePrivacy implementations make cold B2B contact far riskier than in the US. If you ask us to build outreach, we build to the stricter standard by default.

Questions from European clients

Are you GDPR compliant?

Where we process personal data for you we act as a processor under a written DPA, with Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum for transfers to India. Our sub-processors are named publicly. We do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and we say so rather than implying a certification we have not been audited against.

Do you add VAT to invoices?

No. As a non-EU supplier of B2B services our invoices are outside the scope of your local VAT, and the reverse charge applies on your side. Provide your VAT number and we will reference it on the invoice.

Can you attend meetings in our working hours?

Yes, comfortably. Being ahead of you rather than behind means we can have your answer waiting when you start, which most clients find more useful than a call.
